Job Title: Logistics Operator
Working location: Vietjet Plaza, 60A Truong Son street, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, HCMC
Job descriptions:
Phạm vi trách nhiệm/Area of Responsibility:
– Giám sát 3PLs và bộ phận Giao nhận bưu cục hoàn thành đơn hàng đúng thời gian/
– Monitor and pushing 3PLs & Station/inhouse team to complete orders. Ensure all orders should be clear quickly and accurately.
– Đối chiếu với 3PLs để hoàn tất quy trình bồi thường cho các lô hàng bị hư hỏng hoặc vi phạm thời hạn giao hàng/
– Reconcile and push 3PLs to get confirmation and complete compensation process for damaged or breached lead-time shipments.
– Tiến hành các thủ tục giấy tờ. Đảm bảo quy trình phải tuân theo chính sách của công ty và đúng thời hạn.
– Proceed paperwork. Ensure the process should be followed company policy and on-time.
– Quản lý hiệu quả của các nhà cung cấp vận tải. Đảm bảo hoàn thành việc vận chuyển hàng hóa.
– Manage performance of our transportation vendor. Ensure transportation fulfillment for Firstmile/ Lastmile.
– Phối hợp với 3PLs / nhà cung cấp vận tải và các bộ phận liên quan (Bưu Cục, CS, Sales, Marketing,…) để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh
– Coordinate to 3PLs/trucking vendor and related department ( stations, CS, Sales, Marketing team,…) to solve arising issues.
– Các vấn đề khác được giao bởi Quản lý trực tiếp
– Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:
Trình độ chuyên môn/Education:
– Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên/College Degree
Kinh nghiệm/Job related experience:
– Một năm kinh nghiệm làm việc/01 years working experience;
Kiến thức chuyên ngành/Specific knowledge:
– Kinh nghiệm quản lý đơn hàng, vận hành bưu cục/ Experience with order arrangement, Station/Hub operating
Yêu cầu khác/Other requirements:
– Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt/ Strong communication skills
– Kỹ năng về Excel, PowerPoint/Excel, power point skill
– Có thể thực hiện các thủ tục giấy tờ/Willing to proceed paperwork
– Willing to Travel For Work/ Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo yêu cầu
