Job descriptions:

  1. Business Development in Mega Projects
  • Implement business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
  • Achieve new mega customers
  • Maintain and develop new needs of current customers
  • Obtain sales target as commitment
  • Solve quickly customers’ problem and complaints to maximize customers’ satisfaction

2. Sales Support & Sales Report

  • Do pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Analyze customers’ satisfaction, needs, complaints to improve quality services
  • Update weekly/monthly reports for line manager/BODs/BOM
  • Coordinate team members and other departments to maximize sales target


  • Associate/Bachelor Degree in Business, Other Fields
  • Have 1 – 2 years of working experience in sales
  • Priority to work a similar position within airfreight/aviation
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Goal-oriented target and high motivation in work
  • Good communication, negotiation, sales, presentation skills
  • Good problem solving and  time-management skills
  • Good communication in speaking and writing English
