Jobs Description
- Support customer with CS and sales tickets according to assigned time.
- Directly/Indirectly answer customers’ questions and guide customers during assigned working time.
- Implement the required operational processes and regulations governing the Service point of the company.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team lead.
Responsibility
- Complete the assigned target.
- Ensure quality service at the Service Point.
Job Requirement
- Graduating from high school or college.
- Age from 25 to 35.
